You are not a candidate for Microblading if you

- or have very large pores.

The best skin for microblading is dry, normal, or combination skin type with small-medium pores.

You can send me clear, no-makeup photos of your brows if you're unsure if you're a candidate!

Note: Everyone heals and accepts pigment differently. I provide the same service for every client, but retention is dependent on your skin and lifestyle. There are no guarantees made as to how your body will heal.

Previous Eyebrow Tattooing/Microblading:

Please DO NOT book yet if you have previous tattooing/microblading - you must get approval by me prior to booking. I do not do touch-ups on other artists work - it is not considered a touch-up if the initial work was not done by me. Cover-ups are only done if your previous tattooing is over 70-80% faded. It is often times difficult for Microblading to cover-up visible previous tattooing & I will not provide you with a service that may have a questionable outcome. If you believe your brows are faded enough, please send me a few clear, bright lighted, bare brow photos to (951) 237-5228 for reviewal. You must get approval by me before booking online.

Touch-ups:

Touch-up appointments are highly recommended as microblading will fade over time and may need to be refreshed annually.

The initial procedure requires a touch-up after 8-14 weeks to evaluate healing and make any changes necessary.

Touch-up prices are not included in the initial price. Touch-ups are booked through Jess directly, not online.

-New clients are responsible for pre-booking their 8-14 week touch-up by texting Jess.

-Returning clients can always book touch-ups through Jess - Please text Jess directly to book (allow 1-3 day response time & expect 5-6 months booked out). A non-refundable deposit will be required to book future touch-up appointments.

-Please know that booking is based off of Jess's availabilities.

Please understand that everyone heals and accepts the pigment differently.

I provide the same service for every client, but retention is dependent on your skin and lifestyle. Please note that healed results can NOT be guaranteed as each unique skin type will hold pigments differently and break down at different rates. I take pride in my work, and it is important for clients to understand that there are no guarantees made as to how your body will heal. There are strictly NO refunds.

After-Care Expectations:

Please follow the detailed after care instruction page sent to you after your appointment.

Please expect the healing process to take 1-3 weeks. Your brows will be true to color around 3-4 weeks. During this time you may experience your brows going through different stages - Trust the process. After the initial session, there may be slight redness or swelling which will go down within 24 hours. The first few days after the session, your brows will become much darker, don't panic, your skin is healing causing the pigment to become darker (it will scab and fade). Your brows will then become dry, itchy and flakey, it is very important not to pick at them or scratch them, doing so will cause retention issues. After they have completely peeled, they may seem much lighter than the initial session, but give it a few days and your brows will start to come back! They will be truest to color around 4 weeks. Any concerns can be fixed at the first touch-up appointment. Trust the process! Revert back to your after-care sheet before contacting.

AVOID water (unless cleaning as directed), sweating, excessive sun exposure (including tanning beds), brow makeup, or any products (other than the ointment given) for the 2 week healing process or until all scabs are gone.

Once they've healed it is okay to fill them in with a little makeup if needed. No peels or chemical exfoliants for at least 1 month after your session.

Permanent Makeup Process:

Booking: Check the home page of my website for booking updates. Before booking, make sure you've read and understand ALL information on my site prior to booking. After booking an appointment & a non-refundable deposit is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with before-care & address info. You can text me to pre-book your 8-14 week touch-up appointment.

Appointment: You can arrive with or without brow makeup. I will remove any makeup near the brow area. I will evaluate and discuss expectations and goals. I will then carefully map out your brows and create the outline. Once you approve of the shape, we will begin the numbing.

You will numb with lidocaine for 15 minutes and we will discuss color & after-care. I will then begin the procedure by implanting pigment with a sterile microblade carefully in the designated outline.

After-care: You will take home after-care info & an A&D Ointment. You MUST follow all aftercare instructions.

Heal: It's healing time! Trust the process. It is important to remember that your brows will go through many changes and these changes are temporary. Revert back to your after-care for resassurance.

Touch-up: The 8-14 week touch-up is not included in the pricing.

At the touch-up, I will fix any areas that have lost color. In most cases, I touch-up almost everything to freshen up the color.

After the first touch-up, 6 month-yearly touch-ups are recommended.
