COMPANY POLICIES

You must read all of the following information before booking your appointment. 

By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to all of the following Terms and Policies.

Brows by Jess may revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. 

Brows by Jess reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and/or fire clients without prior notice if our Terms and conditions are violated and if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so. Disrespectful clients will not be tolerated

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY 

Microblading procedures are for serious clients only. Please only book if you will be a respectful client & comply to my company policies. 


NO REFUNDS 

All service costs and deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Please read over everything & book with confidence.


ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

In order to book an appointment, you are required to make a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment slot.

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Deposits are non-transferable between clients and cannot be transferred to someone else's appointment.  

PAYMENT POLICY: 

Remaining balance will be due in CASH for the initial appointment. 

72 HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, it is required to notify me by text at (951) 237-5228 - at least 3 DAYS PRIOR to your appointment.

Appointments which are cancelled/rescheduled without 3 days advance notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the service price.

- Only 1 time rescheduling is allowed. 

- When rescheduling, please understand that you are rescheduling based on MY AVAILIBILITIES. My schedule may be booked out and you may have to wait until my next availability (touch-up pricing is based on timeframes & is subject to change when rescheduling to a later date). When you cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

- Be sure to write down your future appointments and plan accordingly, reminders are a courtesy. 

NO-SHOW POLICY:

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a text or call to cancel are considered a No-Show and will be charged 100% of the service price. Clients who No-Show will no longer have access to schedule an appointment with me.

LATE POLICY:

Please be courteous and be on time for your scheduled appointment. Due to my tightly booked schedule, I am generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in re-scheduling of your appointment and being charged a fee of 50% of the service price.

TOUCH-UP POLICY:

Touch-up appointments are highly recommended as microblading is considered semi-permanent which will fade over time and may need to be refreshed annually.

The initial procedure requires a touch-up after 8-14 weeks to evaluate healing and make any changes necessary. 

Touch-up prices are not included in the initial price. Touch-ups are booked through me, not online.

-New clients are responsible for pre-booking their 8-14 week touch-up IN ADVANCE by texting me within a few days after booking their initial appointment online - Do not wait to book this as I may not have availability and you will have to pay an extra overdue fee if your appointment is after the 14 week window.

-Returning clients can always book touch-ups through me - Please text me directly to book (allow 1-3 day response time & expect me to be 5-6 months booked out). A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be required to book future touch-up appointments.

-Please know that booking is based off of Jess's availabilities. 

Previous Eyebrow Tattooing/Microblading policy:

Please DO NOT book yet if you have previous tattooing/microblading - you must get approval by me prior to booking. I do not do touch-ups on other artists work - it is not considered a touch-up if the initial work was not done by me. Cover-ups are only done if your previous tattooing is over 70-80% faded. It is often times difficult for Microblading to cover-up visible previous tattooing & I will not provide you with a service that may have a questionable outcome. If you believe your brows are faded enough, please send me a few clear, bright lighted, bare brow photos to (951) 237-5228 for reviewal. You must get approval by me before booking online - Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and a forfeit of your deposit.  

EVERYONE HEALS AND ACCEPTS PIGMENT DIFFERENTLY. 

I provide the same service for every client, but retention is dependent on your skin and lifestyle. Please note that healed results CAN NOT be guaranteed as each unique skin type will hold pigments differently and break down at different rates. I take pride in my work and it is important for clients to understand that there are no guarantees made as to how your body will heal.

There are many factors that affect the healing process/outcome that we have no control over. 

Some of these things include:

 • Skin type, overall health, healing ability, bleeding, scarring, diet, stress levels, facial products, supplements, medication, etc.

 • Failing to follow after-care instructions. 

 • Excessive muscle movements can cause brows to look asymmetrical.

 • Client expectations.

- If you are iron deficient or Anemic, your pigment may fade faster as there may be more bleeding than normal. 

- If you have extremely oily skin or large pores, this hair stroke method may not work well for you. The constant production of oil will cause the hair strokes to heal with a diffused, softer look. 

- If you have little to no hair, the microblading may look more 2-dimensional than those who have more hair. 

Although I'll give my best effort to provide you with quality services, many factors can result in a less desirable outcome as each client will heal differently as well as client expectations. 

 • If it is discovered that your skin does not take the pigment due to the above factors (biggest factor being bleeders), I may no longer recommend Microblading for you.

All services costs are strictly non-refundable regardless of healed results. 

GUESTS/ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE PROHIBITED.

Due to cross contamination and interruption, please do not bring guests or pets to your appointment. If you need transportation or someone to accompany you, please have them wait for you outside or in the lobby. 

If guests are needed for translation, please let me know.

COVID-19:

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that you DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU OR ANY HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS:

- Currently or have been positive for Covid-19 in the past week with symptoms prior to your appointment.

- Waiting test results for Covid-19.

- Have recently been in contact with someone who has contracted Covid-19.

- Presenting any symptoms of a cold, flu, or covid.

•Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is possible that your appointment may be postponed due to the county and California State mandated business closures. If you choose to cancel your appointment due to covid-19, this will result in a forfeit of your deposit, and any future appointments will require another deposit to rebook.

Cellphones are prohibited during the procedure. To avoid interruption and contamination please put your phone away on silent during the session. (You can be on your phone during the numbing break, just please not during the procedure).

You must text me once you've arrived for your appointment & wait in your car or at the front lobby until I let you know that I'm ready for you. 

*If your appointment is during traffic rush, please plan accordingly and leave early.
